Return and Repair Policy:
Mytreasurez is proud to offer our customers a 'hassle free' return policy. We are so confident of our quality, that if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide you with a full refund of the purchase price, as well as your return shipping and insurance costs. However, all products must be returned in their original condition in which they were received. Worn or used items will not be accepted. Having removed the Product Security Seal Tag also renders the product unreturnable, as does any modification by a third party jeweler or abuse to the item, in which case, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We also offer a 180 days free repair warranty on all our items arising out of manufacturing or worksmanship defects only. We do have paid extended warranty programs and you are welcome to contact us in case you would like to explore the best suitable for your needs.
Please note: Refunds will only be issued after the merchandise has been received back at our facility.
Mytreasurez is further proud to offer our customers a 180 day exchange period, in which, should an item become defective, we will gladly accept the item back to our warehouse and have a jeweler thoroughly inspect it, and further determine the appropriate course of action. We stand behind the quality of our merchandise, and will first try to repair the defective item, which if proclaimed unrepairable, we will replace with a brand new one. In the event that we are unable to do either, we will issue a full refund in the same form of payment as was initially used to purchase the item. All repairs and replacements are free of charge within the 180 day period; however, products which have been modified by another third party jeweler or abused will not be covered under this warranty.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Once your order is placed, there is no way for you to change it. If there is some information you would like altered, and the item has not already been shipped out, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it, so that you are able to place a new order with the correct items. However, if the item has been shipped, then you must follow the return-exchange policy.
Once we receive your item, and thoroughly inspect it, your refund will be issued, given that there were no problems found with the item. The returned amount should be reflected back in your bank account within approximately 2 weeks (usually sooner).
How to Return/Exchange a product?
- Get a Return Authorization Number
- Call our customer service team at 704-909-6496 or write to firstname.lastname@example.org and you will be given a Return Authorization Number and step by step guidance for the return.
- Pack the Item
-An email will be sent to you with a step by step process on how to pack the product. Please include the original invoice and certificate in the package, which we request you to double box before sending. We further request that you insure the package to 100% of its paid value and get signature confirmation, for in the event that it is lost or damaged, we will be unable to accept it.
- Ship your Item
-Make arrangements with the returning carrier to have the package picked up or delivered to their location after duly insuring it for full value with them. Hand over the securely packaged item to the courier and request for a drop off receipt. Once your returned item is received by Mytreasurez, and thoroughly inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.
